General Pest Control Treatment $149+

Our General Pest Control Treatment is the starting point for most homes and small businesses. A local, vetted technician from the ETAAC network inspects your property inside and out, identifies the pests involved and where they are coming from, and then treats only where it matters. The approach follows Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles: find the source, remove what attracts pests, and use targeted products instead of blanket spraying.

What happens during the visit

  1. Inspection. Kitchens, bathrooms, laundry areas, garages, basements, crawl-space access points, the foundation line, eaves, windows and doors are checked for activity, droppings, trails, nests and conducive conditions such as leaks or clutter.
  2. Interior treatment. Baits, gels and dusts are placed in cracks, crevices, wall voids and behind appliances where insects hide, keeping exposed surfaces clean and family-friendly.
  3. Exterior barrier. A perimeter treatment is applied around the foundation, entry points and harborage areas to stop pests before they get inside.
  4. Recommendations. You receive practical advice on sealing gaps, managing moisture, storing food and trimming vegetation so results last longer.

Preparing for your appointment

Clear the area under sinks, move pet bowls, and make sure the technician can reach baseboards in the kitchen and bathrooms. Pets and people should stay out of treated areas until products are dry, as directed on the product label and by your technician.

  • Crack-and-crevice baits and gels indoors
  • Exterior perimeter barrier treatment
  • Entry-point and moisture recommendations
  • Written service report
Termite Inspection & Treatment
  • 1–3 hours (inspection)
  • Treatment terms stated in writing

Termite Inspection & Treatment $199+

Termites work silently and can damage structural wood for years before anyone notices. Our Termite Inspection & Treatment service starts with a careful inspection by a contractor experienced in wood-destroying insects, and ends with a clear plan you can understand.

The inspection

The technician looks for mud tubes along the foundation, discarded swarmer wings near windows and doors, frass (pellet-like droppings from drywood termites), blistered or hollow-sounding wood, and moisture problems that attract termites. Accessible areas such as crawl spaces, basements, garages, attics and exterior wood are examined, and findings are documented in a written report.

Treatment options

  • Liquid termiticide barrier – applied to the soil around and under the foundation to stop subterranean termites from reaching the structure.
  • Bait systems – stations installed around the home that termites feed on and share with the colony, suppressing it over time.
  • Spot or localized treatments – for drywood termites in accessible wood; whole-structure fumigation is referred to specialists when required.

The starting price covers the inspection and report for a typical home. If treatment is needed, you receive a written quote first; nothing is performed without your approval. Read our guide to termite warning signs to learn what to watch for.

Included

  • Visual inspection of foundation, crawl space, attic and wood structures
  • Moisture and wood-damage assessment
  • Photos and a written findings report
  • Liquid soil treatment or bait-station options
  • Prevention plan for the future
Bed Bug Heat Treatment
  • 6–8 hours per treatment
  • Follow-up inspection included

Bed Bug Heat Treatment $399+

Bed bugs hide in seams, joints, headboards, outlets and baseboards, and their eggs survive many over-the-counter products. Heat treatment raises the temperature of the infested room and its contents to a level that kills bed bugs and their eggs, while technicians monitor temperatures with sensors to make sure every hiding place reaches the target.

How the process works

  1. Inspection and confirmation of activity, including the number of rooms affected.
  2. Preparation – you receive a checklist (for example, removing heat-sensitive items such as candles, medications, aerosols and electronics as instructed).
  3. Heating with professional equipment and fans for several hours while temperatures are logged.
  4. Supplemental treatment of areas that cannot be heated effectively, where appropriate.
  5. Follow-up inspection to confirm results.

The starting price is per room for a standard bedroom. Multi-room jobs, apartments and severe infestations are quoted after inspection. Learn the early warning signs in our article Bed Bugs: Signs and Treatment.

Included

  • Pre-treatment inspection and preparation checklist
  • Room heated to a lethal temperature with continuous monitoring
  • Targeted residual treatment of hard-to-heat areas when appropriate
  • Mattress and box-spring encasement advice
  • Follow-up inspection
Rodent Control & Exclusion
  • 2–4 hours + follow-up visits
  • Exclusion work inspected on follow-up

Rodent Control & Exclusion $249+

Mice can squeeze through gaps about the width of a pencil, and rats through holes not much larger. Simply setting traps rarely solves the problem for long. Our Rodent Control & Exclusion service combines removal with physical exclusion, so new rodents cannot move in after the current ones are gone.

What is included

  • Full inspection of the exterior and interior to identify species, activity level and entry points around utility lines, vents, garage doors, rooflines and foundations.
  • Placement of traps or tamper-resistant stations in safe locations, with follow-up checks.
  • Exclusion repairs using durable rodent-proof materials such as galvanized hardware cloth, steel wool combined with sealant, door sweeps and vent covers.
  • Guidance on safe clean-up of droppings and nesting material.

The starting price covers the initial visit for a typical home. Extensive exclusion work is quoted in writing before it begins. See our step-by-step guide to rodent-proofing your home.

Included

  • Inspection for droppings, rub marks, gnaw marks and entry points
  • Strategic trap placement and monitoring
  • Sealing of gaps with steel mesh, hardware cloth and sealants
  • Sanitation and clean-up recommendations
  • Follow-up visits to check traps and exclusion
Wasp & Hornet Nest Removal
  • 30–60 minutes
  • Re-service if the same nest stays active

Wasp & Hornet Nest Removal $129+

Stinging insects can become aggressive when their nest is disturbed, and yellow jackets in particular may sting repeatedly. Professional nest removal keeps your family, guests and pets safe, especially when a nest is large, high up, inside a wall void or underground.

Our approach

  1. Identify the insect and locate the nest entrance.
  2. Treat the nest using products and methods appropriate to the species and location, wearing protective gear.
  3. Remove accessible nests once activity stops, and advise on sealing voids so the area is not reused.

If anyone in your household is allergic to stings, keep them away from the area and follow their doctor’s advice. The starting price covers one accessible nest; multiple nests, wall voids and nests requiring lifts are quoted in advance. Read our wasp and hornet safety guide.

Included

  • Identification of the species and nest location
  • Treatment with protective equipment
  • Removal of accessible nests after treatment
  • Advice to prevent rebuilding
  • Same-week scheduling where available
Dead Animal & Wildlife Removal
  • 1–3 hours
  • Odor follow-up advice included

Dead Animal & Wildlife Removal $179+

A dead animal in a wall, attic or crawl space produces a strong odor, attracts flies and can create health risks. Live wildlife such as raccoons, squirrels and opossums can tear insulation, chew wiring and leave droppings. Our Dead Animal & Wildlife Removal service handles both situations safely and in line with local wildlife regulations.

What we do

  • Trace odor, stains, fly activity or noises to pinpoint the source, opening access only when necessary and with your approval.
  • Remove and dispose of carcasses and contaminated material using protective equipment.
  • Clean, sanitize and deodorize the area.
  • For live wildlife, use humane removal and one-way exclusion methods where permitted, then advise on sealing entry points.

Some wildlife species are protected by state or federal law, so methods vary by location. The starting price covers a standard accessible removal; complex access is quoted first. Learn more in our guide to dead animal odor.

Included

  • Location of the source of odor or activity
  • Safe removal and disposal according to local rules
  • Sanitizing and deodorizing the affected area
  • Humane wildlife exclusion where permitted
  • Entry-point repair recommendations
